Do not work with these people. As a fire fighter that got injured on the job, they ignored my workman's comp and reported a payment straight to a debt collector without informing me we owed anything. Unorganized as other comments have mentioned is an understatement.
Sent to collections without ever hearing of this place or receiving a bill in the mail. Bad folk

Unlike others here, I have received bills! Several! Still am getting them! Even though (MY BAD) I've paid TWICE! When called them they asked a lot of invasive questions, made me stay on phone while they did a 'credit'. Argued with me I didn't get the bill I was holding in my hand!
