As already stated, the experience getting the XRay was fine, but the company texted and emailed me once (both of which went to spam) and sent me to collections 45 days later. They say they call every Wednesday at 11 am since being billed, but my phone history and voice mails show that they are lying about this information. Not sure how this predatory practice is legal in Oklahoma. All over $12.
Do not work with these people. As a fire fighter that got injured on the job, they ignored my workman's comp and reported a payment straight to a debt collector without informing me we owed anything. Unorganized as other comments have mentioned is an understatement.
Sent to collections without ever hearing of this place or receiving a bill in the mail. Bad folk
