I had my very first positive experience today getting my mammogram thanks to Deidre the Technician at The Image Care Center in Newton, NJ. She was professional, kind and caring and I was so relieved and pleased after having several bad experiences.

I realize things don't always go as planned, but negligence, unsanitary conditions and unprofessional behavior are the reasons I give Radiology Center Of Fair Lawn the poorest grade possible as I look for recourse regarding my experiences (2) with them. Six months ago I was prescribed an MRI, with and without contrast, by my doctor. It involved an IV where dye is injected into your bloodstream and is a stressful procedure that takes well over an hour while lying in the tube. I wish I could give this facility a 0 for a couple of different reasons! Four years ago my son broke his arm. He had an MRI here which cost over $4,000. I had very good insurance that would have covered it with only a $10 copay, only if they had billed my insurance company within the allowed amount of time. Since they did not, I am being sued for the money. They continually claim they did bill my insurance company, but refuse to provide proof. My Girl friend and I made our annual visit to Pink Breast Center yesterday. Together we plan the day and the drive from Long Island~ the Trip is a bit Long ...but so Worth it! Knowing we are in the best hands with Dr. Karen Cortellino is so reassuring as she is Simply "THE BEST!" She makes what can be a stressful time into an Easy, Caring Calming Visit! The Staff are all so Helpful, Friendly and Kind! The Center is IMMACULATE andI IHighly Recommend Pink Breast Center! See You Next Year!

Needed an MRI of my hand. The last place that I had it done was no longer doing extremity MRI’s. A few of the imaging places that I contacted refused me because I am a wheelchair user (paraplegic) and I can not transfer from my wheelchair on my own. They would not offer any help.
