I’ve never been more disappointed in a medical department than I have been with this IR team. Services are being billed that were never actually performed, and appointments aren’t properly cancelled. I’ve shown up for scheduled visits only to be told—once I’m already there—that my appointment had been cancelled without anyone notifying me beforehand.
