I would like to recognize the two wonderful women working at the front desk of the Radiation Oncology department at Boston Medical Center. Even with a full reception area when we arrived, they remained friendly, patient, and professional while clearly guiding us through the check-in process. Their warm presence immediately made the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. This place is awful no water in the bubblers for my daughter who has to have a full bladder before her ultrasound! Unacceptable!!
