Nice staff and facility. Unfortunately their billing practice is messed up somewhere along the line, I never received a bill in the mail until I got a letter from collections for literally $40. I called the number to ask but it’s a call center and no one was able to help me. They said they attempt twice to send a bill to your address before turning over to collections. Which I never received. So just be aware, because this can affect your credit.
I got lucky and got some really nice staff members
Typical New Mexico incompetence. We called for a MRI and got call back that a pre authorization was done so we can schedule appointment. No other details were shared. Then when we arrive we are told that the pre authorization had expired and we would need to pay $1400. Or wait for another pre authorization and then reschedule.
