Customer service "agent" hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding explanation of bill.
Very frustrating experience. Go to the hospital for an ER visit, I pay the full bill of $600. Then, I get a random bill from these people claiming that they were the interpreters? Yet the bill that I was sent has the same exact codes of the hospitals bill, Their bill doesn’t mention interpretation, and I’m just meant to pay it? The lack of communication is terrible. A ton of red flags were raised and I’m very reluctant to even pay the bill because of the lack of proof that this is even a comparable company. Honestly, shame o... read more
