Trying to bill someone with ohp
I'm very glad that I requested my images and got a second opinion. Even I, with zero radiology knowledge, could see what should have been an obvious finding in the exact area of concern. I had 2 MRIs back to back in the same area read by 2 different radiologists. It is clear with and without contrast and neither noted the finding. I had to go into the machine TWICE. Radiology Associates refuses to amend my MRI reports unless I somehow get the ER doctor from 5 months ago to make the request.
Their third party billing company doesn't even know where Radiology Associates' mailing address or any information about the company.
These people ripped me off for over $300! After promising me they would refund a payment we accidentally paid for a CT scan almost a year ago, and after many phone calls, even a complaint to the BBB, NOTHING!
Rude and incompetent at best, predatory at worst.
