Their third party billing company doesn't even know where Radiology Associates' mailing address or any information about the company.
These people ripped me off for over $300! After promising me they would refund a payment we accidentally paid for a CT scan almost a year ago, and after many phone calls, even a complaint to the BBB, NOTHING!
Rude and incompetent at best, predatory at worst.
The Radiologist I spoke with for my mammogram results was thoughtful and thorough. Thank you!
Services were 1/2016; we paid out of pocket the hundreds our insurance would not. Surprise Radiology Associates, P.C. sends a new statement 11/2017 - YES almost two years later - notes we owe another couple hundred that our insurance did not pay.
