Services were 1/2016; we paid out of pocket the hundreds our insurance would not. Surprise Radiology Associates, P.C. sends a new statement 11/2017 - YES almost two years later - notes we owe another couple hundred that our insurance did not pay.
The worst company in the history of Eugene. They will send harassing bills, refuse to even send the information to insurance and call you daily an you to pay a bill that would be 100% covered by insurance if they just sent it to them. When you call in the associates will barely be able to speak English or understand it. Extreme fraud company you are forced to use by going to the hospital.
They finally billed for 2/2 service on 4/17. Their statement says they have sent previous bill as well as placed a reminder call - simply not true unless mail lost it. And then they close with a Collections threat. Please bill on time and you won't have to threaten your customers with Collections.
