I have never been to radioage associates of Wichita falls PA before and I just got a bill from these stupid people and I'm not paying them still saying I went in May of 2025 and then two times in August of 2025 no I have not don't even know how they got my information my address to eat and be able to send me a bill for almost $1,000. They won't ever see that for me.
If I could give this organisation a zero then I would. I was supposed to receive results back within 3 days as an urgent 2 scans. One was read and the important one was not! I am still waiting for the results, despite them having been contacted twice (I’ve been waiting over 7 days now) so I can urgently move to the next step of the treatment I need. Going to hammer them with the VA. 3 MRIs read billed the VA and knowingly billed me for difference even though they knew I owed nothing being 100% disabled and VAs own statements. Then sent me to collection!!
Having the same issues as the others who have rated. You can not get a hold of anybody to fix any billing issues. It took me 6 months to get someone to answer a phone to fix a birth date issue that made the bill my problem, instead of the insurance company's problem. Then they send you letters about how you have not responded to their previous attempts to collect, even though I have called numerous times & left messages, with no call backs.
