Over an hour and still waiting.... order said stat, guess they dont know what that means.
I went to Radiology Associates on S.R. 52 today for several tests to be performed on me and I was so pleased with their kindness and quick service. I was taken back right when my 9:45 appointment was scheduled and left before 11. I got their by 9:30 and completed my new patient paperwork in about 5 mins. My HIPPA rights were violated. Kept calling office/corporate, without my concerns being addressed. I thought your medical information was kept between you and your doctor? Unless giving them the rights to reveal that information to a someone else!!! Isn't that why we sign all those forms acknowledging our rights.
This place is an amazing place and good pricing . But the front desk lady was super rude and impatient with answering any of my questions I will not be returning.
