I was approved to make less than the regular payments for the last four months,(which I appreciate) I called today and they would not take my payment. Why???? and Why do they outsource??? I can't half understand them. I guess they don't need my money??
God forbid that you need help with medical records after the fact. They've outsourced so much that getting a person to care or contact you back is impossible. Tried calling. Tried emailing. Nothing!
