I am being billed for an insurance claim for months despite having supplied insurance info many times in many ways. It is in collections with fees added now. I read here other complaints and resloze I sm not alone in this experience. Many thanks to the others who wrote on this site!
You want money for services but you never took the correct info when I was a trauma patient and now I have called 7 phone numbers over 3 months after being hounded by collections for a bill I was never even sent. I moved to a different state and I have gotten everything forwarded to me including junk mail and never once got any bill…but I did get a collections letter - how does that work?! Is is possible to give no stars to this service? I call, I make an appointment, I confirm that appointment at least 3 times, I show up and they can do the ultrasound for some reason. And this happened both times I scheduled an appointment. This department is completely dysfunctional. I would leave 0 stars because I got zero service both times I scheduled here...
They bill months after the fact even when your visit bill shows no balance due! SCAM ALERT!!
I just got a bill from a debt collector, "trying to collect a debt that you owe to RADIOLOGY ASSOC OF THE MAIN LINE PC." I never received a bill. Looking for their phone number I saw the response to another review with a number and I just called that. I spoke to someone for about 2 minutes after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes and the line abruptly disconnected before she pulled my account up. Based on the reviews here I'm not alone, but I have no idea what to do now.
