The registration staff who registered me in yesterday on May 22, 2026 was beyond inefficient. I handed her my prescription for the mammogram and ultrasound. I received the reports this morning and noticed that the name of the referring doctor was wrong. The name of the prescribing doctor was visible right across the prescription, the staff invented a different name. I will think twice before going back to this facility.
