This is the WORST company when it comes to billing. I have called 5 times. They made two separate accounts while my child was in the hospital and have not billed under his legal name. I have called to tell them to change to his legal name and merge the accounts. Each time I am told they have completed this and each time I get a bill from the two different accounts.
Great customer service. Friendly. Answered any and all questions that I had prior to being taken back for surgery. Did not feel rushed during these questions. Great team.
All are amazing.
Other than the wait time, it was a pleasant experience.
