The staff was extremely helpful in explaining the process of my MRI and very professional.
Their service is quick on image interpretation, but their billing department is awful. They emailed me a bill just days after service, and I called and requested a paper statement, confirmed my mailing address. It never came. Same deal the following month, then I started receiving communication from a collection agency. Having never sent me a paper statement, within 60 days of service I was sent to collection. Gave so much assistance in getting me to and from the hospital bed to get the scans. Personnel were excellent.
I’ve been going to Southwest Diagnostics staffed by Radiology Associates of North Texas for years. The ultrasound technologist Susan, who performed my recent diagnostic breast ultrasound, was very thorough, finding a very small suspicious lesion, which Dr. Gangasani later biopsied, confirming a small and early breast cancer. They both made the process painless and were very thorough and reassuring. Highly recommend this practice.
