Same experiences as others..unable to pay bill via ANYWAY!
Call Radiology Assoc of Ithaca for clarification of billing process to inform them that I wasn’t able to pay my bill via Pay Online , or Pay By Phone as instructed on paper billing. Answer was always “ Our system is down, try again in two hours. This went on for days !!! Today I received 15 INDIVIDUAL INVOICES DATING BACK TO 2014 FOR SERVICES THAT WERE ALREADY PAID FOR, ALL WITH “ 0” AMOUNT DUE !! The postage alone cost them $ 10.95 !! Radiology Assoc . Terrible organization. They charged me an 18 dollar bill 8 months after they provided me services my simple sprained ankle. They also charged the 18 dollar bill, after charging me over 800 dollars for crutches, a brace, and some scans. I hope their business does not continue to afflict people with disorganization, high cost, and horrific customer service.
They canceled my appointment after I had already arrived and was doing the intake interview, because it was 4pm, we were running a little late, and the one tech they had on staff had to be somewhere by 5. They could have canceled earlier and saved everyone a lot of time.
