The absolute worst billing center/department ever. I have a billing overpayment, they refunded me by mailing a check…..that bounced. I have called 3 times and no one wants to answer any questions or call me back. HOW DO U REFUND SOMEONE BY SENDING THEM A CHECK YOU CANT COVER?

I have called twice and updated my insurance information and they are still billing it to the wrong insurance company. This is not the first time they have done this. Horrible billing and cannot speak to anyone in the office about it.
