Have been trying to over 2 months to get a bill or some sort of statement, instead of just an email saying "pay here". They have not told me the date of service or the anything. Called the phone number several times and each time they say they will send a statement, but still have not received one. Last call they said they would send a bill but also be sending me to collections!?! If it's a true bill, I can afford $25 but let's the actual billing statement!!!
