I got lucky and got some really nice staff members
Typical New Mexico incompetence. We called for a MRI and got call back that a pre authorization was done so we can schedule appointment. No other details were shared. Then when we arrive we are told that the pre authorization had expired and we would need to pay $1400. Or wait for another pre authorization and then reschedule. End result we got the MRI since that is not something people just get on a whim. We had been waiting for months to get it done and today was the day. We were not leaving without it getting done.
