Scam. They do not actually submit bills to insurance and will keep rotating fake excuses. If you call, they will be rude and hang up on you.
A great group of radiologists, but their billing company is the worst. You can't avoid them but mail your payment with a check because their online and via phone practices are sketchy (the billing company).
I have been trying to reach this company for weeks. Telephone service is not working due to "TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES". When I tried to go online to pay medical bill, page for patients can not be found. Is this company a scam? It is unheard of , having to chase someone to give them money owed to them. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!
I had to prepay for services before they would even schedule my appointment. Over 3 years later, I see a collection on my credit report. I'm no longer using the same insurance company and I don't have the records or original receipts. So, now they have sent this item to collections and I'm fighting to prove I paid.
