Has yet to bill my insurance even though the correct information was on file. I've called billing twice and today she is refusing to re-submit a claim. Then hung up on me! Don't pay your bill until you see an insurance EOB!!!!

This experience has been soooo frustrating. After being a living donor and having to keep contacting the recipients insurance constantly about monthly bills is affecting them negatively also. The recipients insurance continues to provide proof of payment and all I get is another bill. Called numerous numbers and a new one given today and all I got was unavailable at one ext and left a message on another answering machine.

Sent to collections even though I paid my bills. The billing office states they are open until 4PM. I've called multiple times before 4PM and they always say they are closed. I leave voicemails and never get a return call.

I’ve now had 3 different procedures to require 3 different bills and this place STILL doesn’t send out a bill in a timely manner despite several calls over several weeks to get a bill. I am so disgusted with these so called “billing practices” that MBMS has. My next call is to the OIG to report fraudulent billing practices on the part of MBMS. Too bad they are running off paying customers for the healthcare systems that use Radiology Associates.

If I could give Radiology Associates 0 stars I would. Absolute worst experience dealing with their business office! Was turned to collections —-for $27.43—have tried to pay them and spent hours on the phone with them. They won’t take my money, yet they turned me to collections. Worst ever! They will ruin your credit.
