Useless company. Never received a bill since 2022, but was sent to collections.
This place possibly has the worst accounting I've ever seen. They just want to send you to collections rather than send you a bill. Service was 2 months ago, never received a bill only collections letter. I believe this place is possibly a scam, the phone number they have listed doesn't even belong to them.
Was sent to collections for a 117 dollar bill. One for a CT that had been 3 months prior and one for a visit under my husband. Never received a bill for either. Received bills from the hospital for those visits and paid that part but nothing from them. From the other reviews I have seen this seems to be a pattern. They need to work on their billing. It’s a lot cheaper to put a stamp on a bill and mail it out than pay a collection company to collect.
No bill sent to house. No other form of communication on a 11 dollar bill. This was sent to collection without cause.
Absolutely the WORST customer service. I would rate a 0 if possible. I have called for a month to receive an itemized statement for a bill that was paid and have yet to receive it. I have the receipt, yet payment is showing not posted. However, our health spending account company is showing payment made. I keep getting told they will send it to the department needed for them to post payment to my account and they will send the statement. One month later and having to make the same phone calls.
