The v.a. rep already talked about the payment and yet it is still not resolved on their end. It's been 3 years now. The guy that answers the phone sounds like he doesn't care
They miscoded the MRI reading and insurance rejected it, so their "internal team" was reviewing after I called. The MRI itself was fully covered so it makes no sense. They never called me back, even after I called back several times, and then sent me to collections! I am still dealing with this, and now I read online that Queens absorbed them. So they went out of business - wonder why?!?! WORST company in the islands! Period!

I was billed by this place and kept making contact. They kept apologizing for their mistake as for my services were covered by workers comp. Eventually I got a letter from a collections agency stating that I did not pay my bill.
DO NOT USE, BEWARE!! Had a VA referral for an MRI at Queens. VA paid 100% of the bill and Radiology Associates keeps sending me invoices! When asked, they always cite human error for bad computer entry..for six months? THE ABSOLUTE WORST They keep calling and billing AFTER THE VA has already paid them - DO NOT USE!!!!
