Do not recommend. Find another imaging center. Horrible administrative practices and should be reported to AHCA. 1. Horrible billing practices 2. Outsourcing portions of their business overseas or refusing to provide secure options for health images (ie CDs) versus storing everything in the cloud. I have excellent insurance. Very slow to get a xray!!!!!
My doctor sent over a referral for me to Radiology Associates. They have not called me in regards to setting up an appointment, so I tried calling them. I've made several attempts to talk with someone on the phone, however nobody will answer. There is no option to leave a message either. In my first many attempts to reach a person, their message said that you can call up until 4:30pm. Now the message has changed to only 3:30pm. That's an hour before the business even closes.
