My experience with Radiology Associates was excellent and their payment method was easy. Great staff!
Same as everyone else here. They read something that I had done. I never received a bill and today I received a notice from a collection agency. I have Medicare Supplement so I should not have any copay whatsoever. I'm currently on an eternal hold to some other part of the world and not looking forward to it from everything I've read here!
The person I talked to was very difficult to understand. I asked her to repeat things several times. She was not able to answer questions like when this service occurred or why some things were seemingly charged twice.
