Horrible Billing. I am still working on claims from 12 months ago to have them resubmit with the correct code to my Insurance to cover my service to 100 %. Every-time I am calling to get an update it takes me 15 minutes to even get the Billing Person to understand what happens and what I need to get done - only then to be referred back to my Insurance. It is beyond frustrating that I am unable to just get a bill resubmit with the correct billing code and only to spin around over and over again with yet another associate who ... read more
