Started all nice, call up, make appointment no problem. Have to wait 2 weeks for tests for heart issues. Show up 30 min early, like you do. Greeted by the most unhappy person in the world, just points to a sign in form. I sign in and wait.... 15 min go by an I am called to the desk. Ms. Unhappy tells me " You don't have an appointment, I see you in the computer. But No appointment." I attempt to explain to her that I called in on Jan. 8th at around 11am and made an appointment. Went in to pick up contrast for a ct scan and the woman at the front desk was an outright jerk. I told her why I was there, who I was and when my appointment was and he just stared at me. Then she told me I didn't need contrast and demanded to know who told me I did. I told her again the doctor who ordered the scan and she jut st there. Finally she snipped that she needed picture id. Clean and comfortable waiting area; courteous reception staff; and tender care by technicians make this as well as the Marine Parkway site our favorite for testing.
