I'm looking at the other reviews and I have Thor of those things to be so negative. This place is convenient, the parking is good, they always run on time, and I never wait more than a couple of minutes. Today will be my I think third or fourth visit here and I find the office to be just fine whether I have to put my forehead below a glass to keep them safe and to keep myself safe or not. Phone # is not in service. Experience during appt. good. Experience trying to contact office to get a disc copy of scan 0 stars. The phone # listed is not in service and I have been getting the run around trying to get another correct # for them. Scans are not part of W&I medical records. It should not take me this long and be this difficult to get a copy of my record. Seems only option left is to drive to the office at this point to request my scans.

I wish I could give no stars. Still having folks sign in on a touch screen which no one wipes between patients. Then you have to sit in a chair (also not cleaned between patients) and squat down so the receptionist can take a scan of your forehead through the tiny opening at the bottom of the plexiglass at desk level. Then you are asked to deposit your license and insurance card in her bejeweled and impossible to clean tray for further contamination. No thanks. I can have my care elsewhere.
