Had no choice but to use while in the hospital. I have 2 medical insurances. RAA is a contracted provider with both. Insurance 1 shows the negotiated rate with a balance due. THEN insurance 2 showed a negotiated rate with FULL payment. Zero remained due since RAA is a contracted servicer. THEN Radiology 'forgot' they were paid by insurance 2 (no credit on their billing, which they sent to collection. Amount due - zero, and if they had taken the time to reconcile their records, they could have saved us all a lot of trouble
