Avoid them if possible. They claim a bill was sent for a co-pay which I never received. Then instead of sending a second invoice, they sent it to a nasty collection agency. Pretty lazy I would say.
I never even been to alburqurque and I'm getting a bill from a collections department.
They sent my bill to collections BEFORE sending it to me. This is a predatory business practice that does damage to patients' credit. To do this so cavalierly for a $10.58 bill is unconscionable. I can see from the other comments that this sort of thing is common practice at RAA. Don't they realize that people coming to them may already be under stress due to medical concerns??? Yeah--they probably do, but making money is much more important to them, and sticking it to patients seems to be Standard Operating Procedure. SHAME... read more
If I could rate you zero, I would. You have the worst billing department ever. I received the bill $322. I saw that you filed my expired insurance company Presbyterian and that’s what it was denied. So i went to the portal of your 3rd billing company and chat with Customer Services to update my insurance United Health Care. she got my information and told me just ignore the bill and allow them 30-45 days to re-submit the claim to the correct insurance.
