Terrible experience with Radiology Alliance. They appear to practice upcoding in addition to simply using the wrong codes. Their fees are exorbitant for the service provided - far exceeding what in-network insurance cost would be. They do not respond to legally recognized communication modes. What kind of business practice is it to ignore your paying customers, to lie to them, and then finally to abuse them?
