Very timely in the check-in process. Receptionist was very patient in helping me retrieve my examination order from my doctor when it didn’t come through earlier in the day.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at American Radiology today, and because of how my appointment was handled, I will not be returning. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. At approximately 2:24 p.m., or I called the office to let them know I was running slightly behind due to traffic and asked if I could still be seen or if I needed to reschedule.
