Great Job taking X-rays.
I recommend the facility and technicians. The facility is clean and the wait time is not long at all. But the customer service, especially when trying to book an appointment or to get test results are terrible. Either you can’t understand when they’re speaking or you have to repeat and spell the patient’s name and why you’re calling numerous times. I suggest hiring a more competent customer service staff.
I was impressed with the front end of the office and the tech was ok , and I didn’t even have to wait long .
Everything went very well with my visit to the imaging network. They were very accommodating.
