I called to schedule an ultrasound and I've never been so thrown off by a scheduling call in my life. Whoever assisted me was so incredibly rude from the second she answered the phone. At the end of the call she told me that there were no available appointments for another month and to call back later. She then told me to have a nice day and hung up. To receive such little patience and care while simply trying to schedule something health-related is beyond upsetting and I will be avoiding this radiology center at all costs.
The front desk staff unprofessional, very rude, l feel like throwing out.l don't recommend anybody to the unit if you don't want to waste your time, don't try coming for appointments here
they dont even deserve 1 star! people working there care more about what they will order for lunch, then the patients. are rushing to finish there shifts, dont give right or enough information abourt the procedures. they send my MRI images with out any report written, JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL. They charged me wrong amounts, that now i have to spend time on the phone with there billing department in order to get my money back.
I've been to this LHR and the one in Rockland County and both are terrible... rude staff and incomplete reports... its like what's the point in even being in business if you're not going to actually do your job?
I've been to 3 locations, this place is a total disaster. It's supposed to be walk in X-rays, but they are totally dysfunctional. One location couldn't do X-rays because the tech was off. The other couldn't do t the X-rays I need. 3rd location had an hour wait just to check in. Avoid Brooklyn avenue locations, you will wait there all day. After waiting over an hour to check in, they cannot do the X-rays I need. This place is not old
