I visited this location this morning for a scan. The instructions indicate to arrive 15 mins early to check in, I did. I had to wait an additional 10 mins to check in, when all the ladies at the front desk were doing nothing but chatting and sharing photos from their phones. 50 mins later I had to ask when they would be calling me in for my appointment. Receptionist went to check and finally I was called. From beginning to end it took over an hour to be called for a 5 min scan. Never going here again. Very unprofessional
This was my first time here and everyone was very polite and it seems like a very family oriented place, thus is where I will go to do all my imagining.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and the technicians friendly and professional.
Friendly staff to greet you at check-in. Taken on time and out the door from check-in to imaging in. 20 minutes
