Mixed. Actual MRI was OK, but they "lost me". I arrived 15 minutes early, signed in waiting to be called. When they finally called me it was 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and they said "I was late and missed my appointment they tried to call (my home phone ) but I didn't answer ". I told them I got in early and showed them where I signed in and I was sitting right in waiting area. They realized their mistake but it took 1hr extra wait.
