Aside from poor seating arrangements in the reception area, the associates were very helpful and courteous. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, and made me very comfortable, explaining everything, and answered inquiries, accordingly. Overall, a very good experience!
It was crowded so appointments were not honored but I thought that the technicians doing the scans were professional and efficient. Each step was carefully explained so there were no surprises and I knew what was being done at all times. All personnel was very patient and helpful.
