Excellent customer service with receptionist and staff. The MRI assistant made my experience much easier by ensuring I was comfortable and the process went smoothly. Thank you
I completely understood the wait as the machine is broken at a different location but I was told where to go- amongst the many Adavanced Radiology offices and apparently lots of other people were too. But the tech did speak to me to understand why I was getting tested with multiple views and she asked and was told that my pain was bad and I had a migraine and she was really rough. I tried to ask her to slow down and be gentle or show me by her doing the position then I did it but she seemed rushed and started being rough aga... read more
