Personnel professionnel, gentil et respectueux!
Service à la clientèle très bon. Le personnel est professionnel. Mais le système de la prise en rendez-vous pour les radiographies est absurde. On accueille à 6h45. On fait attendre jusqu'à 8h. De 7h à 8h on passe une ou deux personnes max ? Une deuxième personne commence à travailler à 9h. De telle sorte que vous êtes presque punis de vous y prendre à l'avance. Le roulement est extrêmement lent. Si vous avez un bébé vous sautez toute la ligne. On vous fait assoir pendant des heures. Expérience très frustrante.
I add this comment to let you know the business hours have changed. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 6:45 a.am. to 4p.m. however they do not start X-ray imaging until 8a.m. I tried suggesting new hours through Google but 6:45 am was not an option. Get their early, to check in because it is first come first served. I arrived at 6h40 and there were already 20 people in line ahead of me and already a 1 hour wait.
I had an appointment with Amelie earlier today for an ultrasound and she was a wonderful technician. Kind, caring and professional.
