Fairly frequently, the don't send me a bill, but they do send me to a collections agency. Then I have to waste my time calling them to try to get it straightened out. 0 stars.
Very, very antiquated billing practices.They referred a worker's compensation medical bill to collections that was aged less than 30 days, had to email WVU Medicine - CEO to get someone to look into and resolve the matter. A class action lawsuit scenario waiting to happen. Patient beware. Note: get an attorney if you feel your rights have been compromised.

Sent payment to these people and they deposited it over two months ago. They continue to bill my wife while they “investigate”. They have a copy of the check that my bank provided clearly showing the date they deposited it. Not exactly a case for Sherlock Holmes.
