Jessica (area coordinator) was awesome. I bothered her many times to get my 10 year old kitty her treatment. Jessica was very understanding and very helpful despite the stressful situations we had to work out up to treatment time. Once finally accepted, Jennifer was our technician. She was so sweet and I loved the daily call to update on my kittys status. Overall, I am so glad I did this treatment.
