Instead of getting better, my senior cat developed hypothyroidism as a result of this very expensive treatment. And there was no call from the vet at radiocat, no post-treatment discussion, no one there to follow up with when this happened, and of course no refunds. I'm generally pleased with having this option, given that our cat couldn't take the medicine. Much of what happened was professional with them, but there were several issues that bothered me. 1) They asked for credit card information in a form that is not secure (Adobe Acrobat Sign) and not intended for that purpose.
