This car wash is amazing! Everyone is always so welcoming. All the guys working today (7/3 around 5:55) were incredible—Dre is the only name I caught, but honestly all of them were amazing. They made me feel at home with how kind, caring, and friendly they were. Great team, great service, my car looks amazing and smells amazing!

I brought my brand new $85,000 vehicle in for a wash, and the detail team slathered Armor All all over my leather seats — completely unauthorized. I specifically chose the middle package because it does NOT include Armor All, precisely to avoid this. They used it anyway, and the leather finish was ruined almost immediately. When I pointed it out, instead of owning the mistake, they tried to “fix” it by wiping the seats with dirty rags soaked in the same product that caused the damage.
