Never going back. Maybe it’s my own fault for taking my vehicle to this type of establishment and not just doing it myself. Just purchased my car a week ago. Went in today, signed up for their platinum membership which is the highest tier of wash. Left with a chip in my brand new rim (probably from the tunnel) and a car not properly cleaned. Spent 30 minutes after arriving home wiping everything down myself to get of debris and streaks. Very disappointed.

We were here today and the automatic car wash was down. Employees were actually washing and drying your car by hand. We waited for an hr and 15 mins. Let me say, these employees are working hard and tirelessly. They did a great job! If you visit today, I hope you are patient but, more importantly kind!
