Very rude people!
Extremely rude and absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I talked to multiple people who had nothing good to say about the owner here. As someone with a business, you think he would be kind to others in customer service, but I guess not. Avoid!!!!!
Have used RDL's for many, many years and have really never had a problem with their products...Used in radio broadcasting stations and as an installation/repair person working for MUZAK in Southern California for 23 years...they were used in 80% of our pro installations...you won't go wrong with an RDL
