This place is an unmitigated disaster. I wouldn't buy anything beyond vacuum cleaner bags from them. If I could give them zero stars I would. My recent dishwasher purchase was an unending fiasco. First, the salesperson told me that all built-in dishwashers were, thankfully, 24" wide. Turns out I had a Viking that was 23.5". Not his fault, but his answer should have been, "Most are 24" but some may be different. You should check or have us check." Delivery was promised in 7 days. I bought five appliances from this retailer earlier this year, NEVER RECEIVED ONE of them after endless conversations with the manager - and STILL have yet to receive my money back from the product I never received!! This retailer causes nothing but headache, does NOTHING to help solve a problem and, quite frankly, has the worst customer service I have EVER received.
