Josh did a wonderful job of installing my 2012 Mazda 3 Sirius radio. The price was lower than the Stealership and the quality of work is excellent. I'm going back for a speaker upgrade. At 50+ I'm not into the Booming BASS thing. Josh knows his clients and provides the appropriate guidance. Regards, Fred

Great Service and Price – I had a problem with my factory JBL amplifiers, Kicker replacement sub and after market Kenwood radio due to a recent alternator issue. Josh at Radio Active and his technician diagnosed the problem and had a fix in less than an hour. While he suggested an aftermarket amp and new speakers he was willing to accept that I wasn't yet in the market ($$$) to spend any money on new equipment. Fantastic Service, Support and Quality Car Audio!!!!!! – From first meet to end result, I found great service the entire time. My stereo sounds awesome and there could be no substitute for simply doing it well. I did get a deal on the system and everything was neatly completed. I did not like the long wait to be helped due to low staffing in the front but it was seriously worth a bit of patience! Excellent Service and Quality in the Sound! – Awesome service! I got a great deal on a new system for my vehicle and it turned out above expectations. The sound is amazing and super glad I learned more about dynamat sound damping. Nothing like eliminating the rattles and bad sounds too. Also appreciate the remote controls to the system. Thanks!

HORRIBLE Customer Service and WORK – HORRIBLE customer service. The owner of the store is completely ignorant and does not believe in proper customer support. I had some back speakers installed in my vehicle. I thought install went well. I was not told any different.
