Highly impressed with my experience with Dr. Radin and his staff. I was expecting to be on a long wait list and was seen within a week of referral, and returned for biopsy a week after that. I was disappointed to hear clients being rude to the staff, but impressed with how patient the staff continued to be and how supportive Dr. Radin was to his team. I visited with my wife for her skin treatment. she is a LUPUS patient. The Admin, Nurse and Doctor all behave differently. Even not listen the whole situation and start asking, do you have insurance or not..... with doctor it was 30 to 40 second visit. The staff was rude. In my whole life this was first time I feel very bad patients like me. Canadian doctor who overbooks patients, my appointment was at 10.15 and I waited till 10.45 to see doctor and appointment closed in 40 second. Not interested again!
Dr. Radin was very kind and professional, and the visit was quick! I knocked down a star because of an issue with addressing an additional concern. When I was admitted to the exam room after waiting in the reception area, I mentioned to the receptionist that I had another concern I had forgotten to tell my referring physician. I have been seeing Dr. Radin for years. Over the years I have had skin checks and conditions that were well taken care of and diagnosed. I have also tried out several of his cosmetic procedures which have been great! I like that he is knowledgeable in both and patient when answering questions. Highly recommend!
Dr. Radin removed a large mole I had on my face The procedure was very quick and painless Two weeks later it is completely healed and you wouldn't even know it had been there Rating 5 stars for procedure and 4 stars due to a long wait in the waiting room But trust me it was worth waiting
