I was given an appointment time online that I confirmed and was told that i would receive a confirmation. Not sure what suddenly happened to this place?! It went from a 10 star to a zero! The new phone system is defective (“press 9 for English” and if you press 9, you get “there is no such option”). Long holds of over 30 minutes. Hang ups. Confused appointment bookings and so on. I don’t blame the staff themselves, but whoever is running the place. The only reason I’m coming back is that my file is here, but if this continues, I’m going elsewhere.
