Just a bad place to deal with. Seems like there is only one person working there. Phone system is slow. Slow to get an appointment. Easier to go the emergency room and wait 12 hours to get faster results.
I was on hold for over an hour, finally opted to get a call-back. They called back 3 hours later, but only stayed on the line long enough for my phone to ring one time before hanging up, so I didn't have time to answer. I tried again, opted for a call-back. Again, they called and hung up immediately. And again. I'm holding the phone in my hand when they call and even then there's no time to answer. Incredibly rude. Why even offer the service? People are calling your business because they're sick.
Je paye un service de 600CAD. Reçois le reçu et demande de pouvoir en plus de l’original me le partager électroniquement pour faire des demande de remboursement. et bien non impossible. Je suis près à passer par du privé pour un systeme de santé de qualité mais faut assurer un minimum de service autour. C’est décevant et je ne conseillerais pas ce centre.
