I went here for my 1st Mammogram today (March 14th) and the service was excellent, friendly staff and very professional; I was nervous at first but then felt at ease after awhile, I strongly recommend this clinic I went today (March 25th) for an Ultrasound and once again, service was excellent; friendly staff and very professional The only complaint I have is two couples came in with their young sons (both kids were coughing) and were not wearing a mask until the girl at Reception told them too
Colleen took such care to rectify how my request had fallen through the cracks at another provider and ensure that I was able to get it done in a timely manner. I really appreciated how thorough and kind she was - it made a scary and stressful situation a lot less so and I wish all healthcare came with this type of care
Excellent service today from the receptionists to the x-ray technician and the radiologist . Fast, efficient and friendly. The radiologist sent the results stat. Thank you to your team. Tip: go early in the AM. Also, they are also open SAT and SUN, X-rays only.
Your reception is wonderful. Very helpful and explained process for booking an appt. Kazia especially at the front reception!
