I visited on a Saturday morning and had a great experience. The clinic was empty, the staff were friendly, and the service was incredibly fast—I was in and out with my X-ray completed in under 10 minutes. Highly recommended for efficient service.
I've called 7x times in the past week to try and book an appointment. Only one response, asking me to send an email to schedule an appointment. No reply to my email. This is THE worst customer service I've ever experienced in this city. Let us know if we're bothering you!
They were very prompt, nice and considerate when I had my MRI (paid for by me). However when it came time to try and reschedule an ultrasound (paid for by the Qc. gov't) I was unsuccessful in getting myself on the waiting list, despite trying three different ways: in person, via the website, and on the representative's recommendation, by email. Simply never heard back.
