Fast and efficient. The technician was very nice and patient. They sent my results quickly.
Thank you to the medical staff for their excellent service. Beyond that, my experience was poor. When I called at 8:00 in the morning to book my appointment, I was on hold for 25 minutes, with the automated message repeatedly stating, "Our lines are busy." However at 7:59 AM, the message stated, "We are closed for the evening." Upon arriving at the clinic, my requisition could not be found.
