Despicable. Have been calling for 3 weeks not for an appointment and it's impossible to reach them. Absolutely impossible. No one returns voicemails and does not respond to emailed referrals.
I don’t know why there are bad reviews, I’ve always had a quick and pleasant experience. The radiologists are professional and kind. Know that if there’s a price range, it depends on what needs to be examined. The prices are the same for anywhere else in the city.
Fantastic service in what can be (for the patient) a stressful environment / situation. Prompt and timely service. Rapid results. Extremely pleasant and professional desk staff and technicians (I didn't meet anyone else there). Highly recommend.
If I could give a zero star I would. Receptionist paid to sit at desk on Saturday but puts phone on “away” mode. You call and phone never actually rings but you wait on hold for 35 mins before giving up. Went in person since no one picks up just to find her sitting talking to someone and doing absolutely NOTHING. Asked for a copy of the requisition so we could take it to another RadiMed with good service but she cannot even access anything. Completely USELESS. We came here with my 94 year old mother with a broken pelvis. We drove from West Island as their local clinic had a broken scanner. We found that there is no elevator access to Radimed!!! Please help!
