a few months ago i went here to do a pelvic exam and the nurse who did it made it a really disheartening experience for me. such an examination can be a vulnerable situation for some women, and i was expecting the nurse to be kind. instead, she was extremely strict; i felt as though i was being scolded. she was also sighing while doing the examination and it made me uncomfortable as it felt like i wasn't welcomed :(

I paid a ton of money to do an MRI. They didn’t send the results to my doctor. Then to get the results myself, I had to go get it on a CD.. when I finally got to a computer that could read the CD… they gave me an X-ray from a while back… now I have to GO BACK a third time.. because good luck getting them on the phone… There are way better places, unfortunately just not in the West Island. But long term, do it, you’ll save yourself time and frustration.

I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment as instructed. The receptionist at counter needs#3 rudely informed me to arrive next time 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I tried to explain her I arrived on time as instructed but she just wouldn’t listen or try to understand what I was trying to tell her! The patient at the next counter even commented to that receptionist how rude she was towards me! I have never been treated that way in any other clinics or hospitals!!!! So unprofessional!!! I have been coming to this location for many years for my mammogram and ultrasound diagnostics. Very conscientious radiology staff but the receptionist Krist!n@ was the most condescending person I've met. She was snippy and unwilling to answer questions for anyone, robotically directing them to register at the new computer. She is clearly not in the right line of work at a medical clinic. I'm done with this location.
