Radicool came to change and re-position and fit a new boiler from a bedroom to the loft. They are very professional and knowledgeable, the installation is 10/10 also very neat and tidy. They went above and beyond to meet our requirements (flu out of roof instead of a wall). We are very happy with the works carried out, and will definitely use them again, I highly recommend Radicool Services Ltd
Absolutely 5 star from start to finish. We wanted to replace an old boiler in the bedroom with a new one in the loft. As i had no knowledge of boilers or any recommendations, Macaulay supplied a list of boilers and their warranties, answered all of my questions in a professional and honest manner and was flexible with his visit (which was over 100 miles away!) when I had to change the days. Just had all my central heating radiators and two toilets replaced by Radicool. I am very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of their work. The guy's were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Since moving to my new home, I used this company to help me with various issues that we have had with our new build, from wrongly setup thermostats to faulty shower taps. I highly recommend their service, they are friendly and really good value for money.
