Radicool Air did a fantastic job installing a second ducted A/C to cover all rooms downstairs and reworking the existing ductwork for our upstairs system. When we moved into this house about 18 months ago, the ducting was leaking water at nearly every join and around some diffusers. They redid the ductwork, and it has been running flawlessly throughout summer. Minor accidential damage occurred during installation, but they took responsibility and fixed it. Aaron had a common sense approach to how he would install a split system aircon in our old unit building. Gareth turned up on the day and was very "can do" on site! He took extra care with all aspects, squeezed that EWP into the space available & went to the trouble of running a quick paint brush over the ducting / conduit & gave us a solid run through operations / maintenance stuff. Very neat and tidy and great communication. And was very nice to sleep in a cooler room that night!
