Very nice experience with them.
This place was so easy to get to from central station. You take the Metro train to Gadigal statio. Head to the Park St exit then turn left when you exit. Go towards the lights then turn right and cross the road. The place is then right in front of you. It's on the corner of Park St and Castlereagh St. You can't miss it. Drop off and pick up only took 30 seconds. It was so easy and it cost me $10.65 for 1 suitcase. I'd definitely use them again. 10/10.
Radical Storage do not publish the location of their storage location until after you have booked and paid. The storage unit was 9 minutes walk from Central Station. No use for a person in a wheelchair!!!! Radical Storage refuse to give a refund but want to issue a voucher only valid for 6 months. Don’t be scammed by this Company. Lousy service and deceptive advertising. In breach of consumer law. Find another alternative.
Radical storage 사이트에서 미리 예약하고 방문했는데 직원분이 친절하게 짐보관을 도와주심 반나절 보관하는데 11$정도로, 시드니 면세점 오픈 전에 일찍 보관하느라 이용했는데 짐 맡기고 찾는 것도 메일로 온 QR만 보여주면 돼서 아주 편리함!
