Store owner is helpful and courteous.
I booked originally the location for Radical Storage at The 5 point cafe next door. I was told that it was the place next to them by the hostess which is a smoke shop. The team members there were excellent. I would like to see Radical Storage be more specific for location and let customers know what the check in process is like. I was surprised our luggage wasn't locked up somewhere secure. But all of our belongings were still accounted for at pick up. Great value and convenient for us while we spent the day in Seattle.
