The owners were great--- you take a photo of your luggage and they put it in the back of the Gift Shop while you walk around NYC. No problems, plus she gave me discount at the gift shop.
The only problem was when I went to claim my luggages he let me go and get them from the back all by myself so I could have taken someone elses luggage. But nothing happened I got my stuff back safely.
Easy to use, very convenient location and hours, staff was fairly friendly and knew what to do immediately
Great!
The Place, where I dropped my luggage, was serious and professional.
